1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of IntelliCountry. By using IntelliCountry, you agree to these Terms.

If you use IntelliCountry on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our breach of these Terms.

3. Service Description

IntelliCountry provides AI-assisted country analysis workflows, including context ingestion, analysis generation, and report export capabilities.

Service features may evolve over time, including updates to supported models, integrations, and workflows.

4. AI Output Disclaimer

IntelliCountry uses machine learning systems that may produce incomplete or inaccurate output. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and exercising independent judgment before using them.

Outputs are provided for informational and operational support purposes and are not legal, financial, medical, or regulatory advice.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use IntelliCountry only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

• Do not use the service to violate law, regulation, sanctions, or third-party rights.
• Do not upload, process, or distribute content you do not have rights to use.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Do not interfere with platform security, performance, or availability.
• Do not use IntelliCountry to generate or distribute harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive content.
• Do not reverse engineer or attempt to extract underlying models, prompts, or protected service logic except where expressly permitted by law.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to IntelliCountry, including prompts, files, and other inputs, subject to rights needed for us to operate the service.

You grant IntelliCountry a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and store your content solely to provide, secure, and improve the service.

You represent that your content and your use of the service do not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

7. IntelliCountry Intellectual Property

IntelliCountry, including its software, interface, branding, and service architecture, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, all rights are reserved.

No license is granted to use IntelliCountry trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

IntelliCountry relies on third-party providers for authentication, infrastructure, storage, and AI processing. Those providers may have independent terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our direct control, except as required by applicable law.

9. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product evolution.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

10. Termination

You may stop using IntelliCountry at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, or where required by law.

Upon termination, rights granted to you under these Terms end, and we may retain data as required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntelliCountry is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted service availability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntelliCountry and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount paid by you for IntelliCountry in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IntelliCountry and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence where non-waivable by law.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the IntelliCountry service operator is established, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide notice through the service.

Your continued use of IntelliCountry after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.
